I think it's becoming pretty obvious that Wayne and Souths are using this to their advantage to keep focus off of the rest of the team.. they've started slow in the past and will want to be sitting at the top before Origin period

The loser culture is the issue here.. we need a hard edged coach like Shane Flanagan to take it upon themselves to change the mindset of the players

There's nothing stopping the club from getting Flanagan to have a quiet word to Barrett... off the books of course.
Then if Furner is still choking, bring in Flanagan.

Trent is being let down by his staff, they are not professionals.. Dan Ferris is a big problem for mine.. once again our team does not look NRL fit, despite Baz emphasising on the team not being underdone.. look no further than the pot bellied strength and conditioning coach
Doesn't Ferris hold form at Manly / Titans for recurring injuries amongst players.

Probably when they are training the strength and conditioning coach is slow getting out the way and treads with his weight on feet and ankles there lies the reason .
