This year has to be the worst year in resent history even worse than 2008.
We have been struggling for the last 4 years and what is the club doing about it nothing.
I can’t remember the last time we looked dominant.
Something has to change and change fast.

We have strength and conditioning department........... all jokes aside we must have the worst of everything.

I just can't figure out how a seemingly professional institution like us can get it so wrong, so often, and yet everything seemingly sits back and watches it all unfold.

It's like they just don't care about the Dogs as much as the fans.

Sure winning every game is unrealistic, but if the efforts there I don't mind a loss.

Instead week after week it's the same (cop out) excuses, and exactly the same action on field.

It's like we don't even turn up to train, or do anything at training, and the board are happy for it to happen under their watch.

The club needs REAL management and a REAL board. One like the Warriors who aren't afraid to make tough decisiions when things are no longer working.

Complacency from the top down is killing the fans.

Still would lose as we've Pay as a coach, a supporting staff that are better off as a supporting act at the local children theatre and executives that take advice from a bankrupt ex player whilst living off family names!

problem is that last year we won a few games on effort and the other team being shitter.. the effort is still there for about 20 minutes or so but after that they are just mentally and physically drained
