I had it for a long time. Physio and vitamins then when I could strengthened it up at gym. It’s from overuse and repetitive actions. Took ages to go though

Yeah over 20 years of painting a few years construction, was holding a steel beam off a good drop trying to fit it,was giving me greif a few weeks prior then it shit itself, absolutely no strength in it trying to tighten bolts and was fucked even holding out a drill fucking hurts .I got a few fucked discs in my back and deal with the nerve pain everyday but this is fucked.

Actually the physio wasn’t just for the elbow, it was my lower back (which I found out was from my hips, crazy how these things work)
