As you say, way too many to name because gaming changed across eras.

What was a good game in the past may not be anywhere near as enjoyable today.

That said I find the old school platformers / side scrollers with simpler controls way more enjoyable than latest graphics and a longer play time.

No stupid DLCs, no patches, no updates just good games. But a crap load of terrible ones.

Heaps of others but none that spring to mind.

I didn't play Wolfenstein or Half Life or Halo or any of them, but I do remember I played Doom on my old 486. I can't believe that game fit on a few floppy disks LOL. First FPS I ever played and had sound too, it was awesome. Blake Stone then followed which was like a cartoony version of it. Not a bad game.

Also Mario Kart 64 is one of the best N64 games I played along with Killer Instinct Gold. I didn't play 007 or Banjo Kazooie (sp?) or any of those other games. Reason being is because N64 was mainly aimed at the kiddy market where as PlayStation was aimed more towards young adults.

I played a game called Postal Babes on my Nokia Phone - it’s based off Postsl I think.

Yep played Skunny Kart back on my old Pentium 100 lol. I got obsessed with Mario Kart back then so wanted something similar. Also Wacky Wheels. I bought my mate a games CD for his birthday and that game was on there, I liked it so much I got one for myself.
