Bulldogs finished middle of the table, and went on to the Semi Finals, where they would be defeated at the hands of minor premiers Roosters.

On one of the footy shows they were talking about the Panthers, now I'm not sure if it was a Gus thing, but they were saying how they don't just coach their junior teams to win, they coach them to play a style and approach their footy like the first grade team. I'm not sure what it's like at the Dogs but we always do well in the juniors yet in recent years we have nothing to show for it. Hopefully now that Gus is on the scene that will all change.

In saying that, Kiraz is looking the goods and Schoup gets better with each game.

one positive last round was the best game Averillo has played since going back in the centres

Actually I was thinking the same thing.

I've heard he's trained at fullback this week so we might see him in the 1 this weekend.
