2nd one - Hoppa forearm.
3rd one - Danny Williams HUGE punch
4th one - Careless AUS/GB high tackle.
5th one - Ben Flower ESL assaults player with two punches
6th one - Adrian Morley AUS/GB high tackle.

He got 6 months, BUT that incident cost Lance Hohaia his career as he suffered constant concussion symptoms thereafter (as he was punched unconcious in the attack).

I still struggle to see how deliberate acts like that are NOT police matters.
