Both have train and trial deals with Gold Coast Titans for this year.

The players who'll train and trial with Titans this pre-season

Author Titans.com.au - Tue 25 Oct 2022, 07:32 PM

With November 1 fast approaching, Titans HQ will be a hive of activity shortly with a number of prospective rugby league up-and-comers training hard to impress and earn their shot in the NRL.

Currently, the Gold Coast has four top 30 and one development roster spot left ahead of the 2023 season, with a range of players from the club's Future Titans and affiliate Hostplus Cup systems hoping Justin Holbrook and the Titans coaching staff catch a glimpse of their talent to fill one of those vacant positions.

See below for the list of train-and-trial players who will join the club throughout the pre-season to hone in on their skills.

Creedence Toia

Growing up in Queensland, the 21-year-old is returning home from Canterbury after a stint with the Bulldogs in the Knock On Effect Cup. He is set to link up with his older brother Connor at the Burleigh Bears in 2023 and with this move, earns himself a call-up to the Titans' pre-season.

Ben Seufale

Making the move from the Knock On Effect Cup, Seufale is a powerful front rower with plenty of ball-playing skills that will prove to be a valuable asset to the Burleigh Bears in 2023. The middle forward played 22 NSW reserve grade games in 2022 and is known for his lethal offload and metre-eating ability post-contact.

Toia would have been good to hold onto but I reckon between Averillo and Kiraz the 1 is covered. Obviously was keen to go back to QLD anyway.

and Casey, and Allen.

So a few options already at fullback.

For sure. I feel like we'll end up offloading Allen mostly due to his price tag. Casey is an interesting one, he's got good natural talent, but could also end up being a Naden type.. Either way I believe our club is setting itself up to be a club where players can reach their potential again (how it should be).

We seem to be recruiting players that have potential. When that potential is unlocked, that's when we'll see success.
