*rolls eyes* .... was always going to force Mercedes hands for a massive pay upgrade, but sounds like the term will be reduced to 1 or 2 seasons, due to spending caps coming in 2022 season.

Then again Mercedes can get around that by paying him more this season, and right on the cusp of spending for 2022.
