The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have named Lachlan Lewis to start in the halves for Good Friday's clash with South Sydney at Stadium Australia (4:00PM AEDT).

Lewis has been rewarded after a strong performance in last week's Mounties victory over Canberra.

With the Bulldogs having eight players out through suspension or injury, the team has been selected from a group of 21 available players.

SUSPENSIONS: Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, Luke Thompson and Josh Jackson.
INJURIES: Ray Faitala-Mariner (12-16 weeks), Jeremy Marshall-King (6-8 weeks), Jayden Okunbor (16 weeks), Christian Crichton (season ending), Ava Seumanufagai (3 weeks) and Jake Averillo (ankle - although Averillo has been named in the extended squad).

The team changes from last week's match against Brisbane have seen :

- Lewis come into the halves for Averillo for his first NRL match of the season
- Nick Meaney swap places with Corey Allan to start at full back with Allan on the wing
- Sione Katoa come into the starting side as hooker for the injured Marshall-King
- Renouf Atoni move from the bench to replace the suspended Josh Jackson
- Development squad utility Jackson Topine and Dean Britt both named on an extended bench with a final decision on the starting 17 to be made on Thursday.

Don't like Napa as lock .Any forward position he has taken since joining the dogs from the Rorters has not impressed me. Over rated no wonder Easts got rid of him . No where near the amount of money the dogs paid for him.
I would have sent him back to reserves Certainly not first grade standard anymore.

These are the sort of games we head into and I'm like "Oh here comes a flogging" and we end up winning by 2 leaving me confused.

Based on our capitulation with Newcastle, Penrith I understood then the Broncos by an unforgiveable margin and I can see the dogs in for an absolute flogging against souths.

Amazingly last year the broncos were the laughing stock of the league closely followed by us. This year we have gone one better by being the total laughing stock of league considering the pre season hype about whom we bought .

Is that something you spotted?
If yes, link that image from this site to all the social media that you can.
Draw attention to the website and to the grub.

Who does he have backing him up or running onto the ball?

He always throws the ball back in to a standing forward.
Broken Foran offered more than Flanagan.
