Gould lays out how we should spend the war chest. "Buy six or seven of the best teenagers you can find, buy a couple of journey man. Then try and add two marquee players each year."

He also believes we can turn the current mess around in 2 years if managed right. Going by this recruitment strategy who would you want to sign?

• 1-7 best young players
• 2 journey man experienced players
• 2 realistic marquee signings for 2021

Yeah I read the article on this today (spewing I didn't know a video was there LOL).

Makes a lot of sense, and its something our clubs failed to do over the years. Most clubs coaches highlight weaknesses and then recruit players to resolve those weaknesses. For us, we just recruit randomly.

I have no doubt there is talent in (some) in the current roster, but it needs nurturing but a decent coach. Find a players best attributes and coach the team around those attributes of players.
