I've been defending him all week, but is his pride costing us? For what reason did we not sign big middles for this year? Even if most the available guys are at the back end of their careers?

And why did we pass on a premiership winning coach and known pathways coach in Shane Flanagan who offered himself to us on a platter? Does Gus want all the praise if things finally turn? We've had two failed rookie coaches.. we need God damn experience given our senior playing group couldn't organise a chook raffle.

Even Gus said our next coach signing needs to be an experienced one, so what does he go ahead and do?
Sign someone that's not even done his apprenticeship with an ESL club!

After two failed rookie coaches they should have seen it coming. I feel bad for Ciraldo because after 6 years you can't just walk in without the experience and change the culture.
