One thing I've noticed about Kyle and it might seem insignificant I dunno, but he's really calm and really collected.. like you watch them ask questions or talk about awkward shit and he's just so relaxed and it's a bit like what we have seen from him on the footy field in pressure situations..

The remarks about Adam Elliott at the end was funny as

He really has taken a liking to Averillo... I can see them striking up a good combo... be interesting to see what happens when Burton comes, but we know Jake is capable of playing various positions

I love the cheeky way Kyle smiles in the interview its refreshing and I really think he is going to stand out at the dogs and very talkative which is exactly what a half back should be doing on the field marshalling the troops, directing them talking them through I love it. This team is shaping up not as a team of stars but as a star team, working together. This is going to be a very interesting season to observe and I am sure this forum is going to be full of comments as the comp kicks off. Lots of positives about to happen at the dogs. I sense it I feel the excitement and the vibes already. I want the media to embrace the dogs with positives and superlatives but reminding the press this team is on a learning curve so don't knock them in the early part of the season when they will be feeling their feet together and need to be enthusiastically supported. Go the doggies !

Lol yeah you can tell he likes a bit of banter but also keeps it professional.. doesn't say too much but doesn't say more than he needs to.. very confident in himself and his ability which is what we need in a young halves combo.. I like that he knows how important he is for us and is really embracing the role of leading the team.. I think the media have been much kinder to us in recent times which is unheard of... I'm not going to be concerned if we start the season slow, I mean they could click right away, or it could take a few weeks... time will tell.

Very cool, calm, and collected. Down to earth and grounded, with a good head on his shoulders.

I think he and many other recruits will buy into a new culture of players that WANT to play for each other.... and that attitude breeds success.

Schoolboys guys Kyle is talking about are Paul Alamoti and Jackson Topine (I think).

LOL @ Jacko comments, and Elliott part at the end.

Jackson Topine has all the ingredients to be a successful NRL player.. very switched on and committed, got plenty of enthusiasm about training and playing, let's hope his football skills can go to the next level

His sister Sydney is a very decent player as well. I *think* shes playing NRLW this year (will be able to answer this soon).
