Triple M's Mark Geyer has made a big call on Cameron Ciraldo's unprecedented contract at the Bulldogs.

Ciraldo has signed a five-year-deal to become the Bulldogs head coach from 2023, a deal never seen before for a rookie NRL coach.

Ciraldo will have a heap of support and I think (unlike Barrett and the mistakes learned there), the club will get whoever they need to assist Ciraldo and ensure he performs well.
