I think he did a lot of rehabilitation, then all of a sudden Ciraldo is making the team train twice as hard, which actually is just current top team 6 again era level. It would have been a rude shock but now they've had time to process and adapt.
I think this also shows good leadership at the club that players want to buy in.
Yeah just run straight and hard. Sometimes he is guilty of going sideways. Injuries obviously haven't helped. There's obviously a good vibe at training now though which is good...nothing worse when a teams losing and players aren't happy.
