Team needs to show a shitload more than it did last week.

Need to start putting together either a decent 80 minute performance, or a win.

At the moment we still have losing morale.

Wow what a turn around.. I just was hoping they'd play to their ability but did not expect to win.. I was thinking maybe lose in a tight contest.. that game was a representation of what we have been seeing in the videos over the off season! so happy for them. Never an easy trip regardless of what squad the Storm put out.. It's so good to see a full team performance where every player is on the same page.

Yeah I was expecting another loss. Even when they started a comeback I was like "Noooooooo".

Last win in AAMI Park was 2016, so thats a huge showing.

Absolutely over the moon with that performance, and it's bloody scary thinking if that's what we can do in 30 minutes, imagine what we can do if we fully click for 80! Still a LOT to build on from tonight, and combinations to still gel.

Preston looks like a real find out there. Kiraz was a beast out there tonight.

Full credit to the halves roaming around the field.

Mahoney bounced back nicely from a few early errors too.

Exciting times ahead and the Tigers next week (Sunday).

Preston and King are both genuine workhorses and are players you absolutely need in the pack. I thought Sutton looked a LOT better this week as well, bar a couple of mistakes.

It was really good to see Hayze Perham in the clear.. he's slowly finding his groove at the top level.

Kyle had a few Kyle moments, but it was otherwise a pretty good night for him, I thought.

Perham looks incredibly dangerous if he gets space. Moves really nicely across field.

King is awesome, just needs some help alongside him out there.

Be interesting to see where we're at around round 6.
Time to gel, and build combos and confidence in themselves and each other.
The coaching team had real match time to iron out stupid mistakes and extract 100% effort for 80 minutes.

Edit: anyone notice the sneaky punch to the back of Kikau's head in the 3rd 1/4 when the storm player was getting up to play the ball?
Or the punch by 1 of 3 players holding another dog around the same time, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE REF?

What I'm really liking is that you can see Ciraldo's fingerprints on our defence. I thought we did really well to limit Grant which in turn made it even harder for their middles.

One telecast where I hung around anf watched after the game.

Foxtel really wanted to focus on getting as many Dogs players interviewed as possible.

Fox, Mahoney, Burto and Preston all interviewed.

Actually i know why they won. I am up the northcoast on holiday and I didnt have access to foxtel up here so I never put the hex on the dogs by watching it live lol. I know everyone you will all say don't watch it any week then but...... lol
Banned from watching live games again!

Actually in fairness it could have been me as well, as I was watching about 20 minutes delayed.

I was very concerned about watching, as I thought it would be another Manly effort! Hopefully CC can keep them up!

If you factor in both teams injuries, but also NRL experience and number of key players, that's a pretty even match up last night. Storm fans of course carrying on about their outs.

Comparing a well oiled Storm side to a team that's played 1 full NRL game together.

There isn't a comparison really.

Even Cooper Cronk on NRL360 reckons that we can out of the blocks with such a different display of attack, it would be hard to defend against.

I like Cronk as an analyst, he's non-bias and will call it as it is... to get the boys up like that after round 1 is big credit to Ciraldo... the next 4-6 weeks will be telling, but that was really good signs on the weekend.
