When looking back at the past 6 years or so, one of the biggest issues we have had is our leadership group... we've had guys trying to lead whether it be with their voice, or actions, or both.. but it's got to be a group... you have to have guys setting the training and playing standards for good team morale.... that will filter through to the younger guys.... it was evident in our trials that Max King and Preston were looking to set the tone... Crichton we know walks the walk... I don't know what will happen this year but I feel the tide is turning.
