The rugby league talent scout who unearthed NRL superstars Greg Inglis, Israel Folau, Boyd Cordner, Latrell Mitchell and Joey Manu has rated Roosters rookie Joseph Suaalii as the equal of Queensland and Australian champion centre GI at the same age.
