I just think whoever comes in NEEDS to be able to better any players ability and get the best out of them. That's a key factor for a new coach as we have some real talent coming through.

Get that wrong and we don't just suffer in first grade, we risk losing a lot of decent upcoming players.

Definitely.. I just think that Penrith have adapted real well to the new rules and they are a fluent machine atm.. not saying it's all Bazz but he is doing his bit.. we've longed for somebody who understands attack for a long time now and if we can be better in that department, it's already a step forward.. Forwards just don't think like halves and they should have attacking coaches to help.. I think the board should have signed somebody on to help Dean out, full time..
