Let's hear who you've all got for each positional award, as well as who your Dally M. This is not about who will get the awards on the night, but who you personally believe deserves each award.

Copy and paste or use your own format, whatever's good.

  • Player of the Year: Tom Trbojevic (Manly Sea Eagles) & Nathan Cleary (Penrith Panthers)
  • Fullback: Tom Trbojevic (Manly Sea Eagles)
  • Wingers: Brian To'o (Penrith Panthers) & Alex Johnston (South Sydney Rabbits)
  • Centres: Joseph Manu (Sydney Roosters) & Matt Burton (Penrith Panthers)
  • Five-eighth: Jarome Luai (Penrith Panthers)
  • Halfback: Nathan Cleary (Penrith Panthers)
  • Lock: Isaah Yeo (Penrith Panthers)
  • Second rows: Kenny Bromwich (Melbourne Storm) & Angus Crichton (Sydney Roosters)
  • Props: Christian Welch (Melbourne Storm) & James Fisher-Harris (Penrith Panthers)
  • Hooker: Brandon Smith (Melbourne Storm)
  • Captain: James Tedesco (Sydney Roosters)
  • Coach: Craig Bellamy (Melbourne Storm)
  • Rookie: Reece Walsh (New Zealand Warriors)
  • Top tryscorer: Alex Johnston (South Sydney Rabbitohs)

I suspect it might be:
  • Player of the Year: Nathan Cleary (Panthers)
  • Fullback: Tom Trbojevic (Manly)
  • Wingers: Brian To'o (Panthers) & Alex Johnston (Souths)
  • Centres: Josh Morris (Roosters) & Justin Olam (Storm)
  • Five-eighth: Jarome Luai (Panthers)
  • Halfback: Adam Reynolds (Souths)
  • Lock: Victor Radley (Roosters)
  • Second rows: Kurt Capewell (Panthers) & David Fifita (Titans)
  • Props: Christian Welch (Storm) & James Fisher-Harris (Panthers) > Although TPJ might be in running.
  • Hooker: Brandon Smith (Storm)
  • Captain: James Tedesco (Roosters)
  • Coach: Ivan Cleary (Panthers)
  • Rookie: Whilst Sam Walker (Roosters) choked the other week, I still think he'll nudge out Reece Walsh (Warriors) (who I see as overhyped). Blake Taffe (Souths) could be a late inclusion too.
  • Top tryscorer: Alex Johnston (Souths)
  • Top pointscorer: Reuben Garrick (Manly)

Damn how could I forget Capewell

Also, Cleary player of the year but no positional award?

I do agree with Walsh but he gets over the line having had more game time.. if all the rookies had the same amount of game time it would probably be Taffe yeah, or even Jayden Campbell who looks promising

Remove Walsh, just got arrested and admitted to cocaine usage. Sam Walker I'd say. Smokey could be Amone or either Feagai from Dragons.

Cleary I don't think will get both awards. That said depends who wins grand final maybe (or are Dally Ms before that?).

Reynolds has been good this year. I'd absolutely hate if Cody Walker got five-eighth of the year, but it's possible.

Another one that might get something would be the Roosters Taukeaho, or Issac Liu.

if Cleary gets player of the year he has to get the positional award

Dally M's are this week

I still think despite a quiet back end of the season that overall Luai was better than Cody.. pumping bottom teams is not enough for me and Cody yet again had another season where he was missing against top teams.

It’s also worth remembering that any player who was suspended from two or more matches is ineligible for the Dally M Awards.

Pretty fair, though Cody Walker 5/8 of the year grates on me. Bloke is a dirty player.

Also Kikau Second Rower of Year?

Maybe some of the guys we thought of had been suspended for 2+ games. Welch must have been

Luai hard done by simply for the fact Cody fails to fire against top teams.. if Jarome wasn't in Origin/ competing with Nathan and Isaah he would have been up higher.

A lot of people don't agree with Kikau but to be fair he was really good for most of the season just had a bit of a form dip around Origin.

Welch may have missed games on the back of concussions

Tommy is a freak, there is no denying that, but it's silly to claim the best season by an individual ever when Manly aren't playing in the gf, nor did they beat many, if any top 4 teams this year.. not to mention that most of the teams outside the top 6 are hardly competitive, new rules, etc.. I think if Barba plays in this format of the game he does even better than his 2012 season.

I think the real thing that won it for Timmy T, was his single handed demolition the other week. Was a complete masterclass, and that one try he scored beating like 8 defenders was ridiculous.

Oh yeah he was definitely the best player this season.. well, I actually thought Nathan was just as good, but playing a different role... however that "best ever" term gets thrown around so loosely.. I would love to have seen Barba or Hayne play in the current format of the game.
