That was a very ‘old school’ race and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great wheel-to-wheel action (even a wheel falling off), lots of unpredictability and jeopardy, poor reliability with only 11 of the 20 starters seeing the chequered flag, and action and uncertainty all the way to the finish.

Vettel is making too many mistakes these days to be an attractive option. Hence why Renault opted for Alonso over him.

Suprised Renault didn't bring back Hulkenberg, unless there is bad blood.

HAHAHAH fuck this is brutal...

“We had a brilliant time with Seb, he will forever be a part of our history,” Red Bull team boss Christian Horner told Sky F1 television during practice for the Styrian Grand Prix at Austria’s Red Bull Ring.

“We didn’t expect him to be on the market this year and our commitment is to our existing drivers. We think we’ve got a great pairing in Max (Verstappen) and in Alex (Albon). We think that has great potential for the future as well.

“So unfortunately it’s not something we are going to be able to accommodate. That is a definite no, I’m afraid. Sebastian I think is aware of that.”

Seb is discovering the harsh reality of not living in a protective bubble.
Can't help but wonder about his mental health to some point, as he no doubt is not used to being told no.

Mistakes as he can't handle the pressure of a team made to service him and his egotistical needs only.

At this point, if he really wants a drive, he should have discussions to be the pace car driver!
