Raiders vs Roosters - Roosters fielded pretty much their North Sydney Bears side, whilst Raiders was mostly full strength. Was an expected result, but when the majority of your big name players are not there, kinda expected. Fairly big injury toll for Raiders though, which Ricky won't like. Young Xavier Savage from Canberra looks like one to watch.

Tigers vs Sea Eagles - Manly fielded a reasonably full strength side (probably about half a first grade side), and confidently put the Tigers away before half time. Tigers fans will need to be concerned over things, if that was their first grade side. Manly has some massive forwards coming through, and their winger Raymond Vaega scored a hat trick on debut.

Storm vs Warriors - Didn't get to see much of this game (kinda flicking through the games). Meaney looked good for Storm. Montoya not too bad for Warriors. Hard to gauge anything from both sides though.

Rabbitohs vs Cowboys - You MUST see the Andre Niko (Cowboys #17) try. I pissed myself laughing watching it live, and kinda feared what the slow motion/alternative camera angles may have caught.

Didn't see much of the two games today just skimmed though, but from what I could tell.

Panthers vs Sharks - Much closer game than I expected, however most of Panthers was their NSW Cup side. Sharks missed quite a few big names too though so hard to judge.
Eels vs Dragons - Long year ahead for both teams. Couldn't tell if both were good, or just shit though. Dragons have some decent looking players coming through though.
