Trent might feel better if he's watching... given a chance to not try and the Dogs players have taken it

I don't like how individual games are refereed differently.. Manly Parra 10 mins in, one penalty, and you can tell the ref is letting the teams sort it out, where as in our games almost every week they will call us on every minor discretion and it's harder for the team to get into a rhythm.

I notice the media are already reporting on the refs after the Manly game but not a peep about our game lol.. funny thing is the drama is over head high tackles in their game which are a penalty every day of the week, meanwhile we had a player binned for am opponent landing on his back.

well here it is guys reported this afternoon
"
Flanagan said he planned to speak to Bulldogs general manager of football Phil Gould in the coming weeks.
"Eventually, I suppose, Gus is the one I need to talk to, which I'll do in time. He's got my number so if he wants to fast-track something that's pretty easy. But over the next week or two I'll contact Gus and just go through what's going to be the process," Flanagan said.
Flanagan says he wants the job and he says he can turn them around .
So Flanagan wants it what do the dogs want now is the question ?

The man who led the Sharks to their maiden premiership, Shane Flanagan, has made it clear he's gunning for the vacant Bulldogs position, declaring he'd "love to do the job" and is "ready to rumble".

Gus has a relationship with Shane which is key.

Even before Ennis saying it we've said it ourselves that we can't look elsewhere.

The only potential candidate you can confidently say could turn us around is Shane Flanagan.
