Leadership is an issue. Team's with good leadership always turn up and are resilient. Burto and Josh always stand up but we need more.. Kikau and Mahoney will help, but we need middle men who make statements.

Better still take Gould out of the equation he hasnt hardly contributed much at this time except appear on rugby league shows making himself look good
