The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have named a new look side for their clash with the Manly Sea Eagles in Redcliffe on Sunday (1:50PM AEST).

With Ryan James and Corey Horsburgh having returned to the Canberra Raiders after being on loan for two matches, the changes from last round are:

• Ava Seumanufagai moving into the starting line-up at prop.
• Luke Thompson, will miss the next two matches with suspension.
• Bailey Biondi-Odo moves off the bench into the starting hooker role.
• Jackson Topine drops to the extended bench.
• Jack Hetherington returns to start in the front row.
• Matt Doorey and Joe Stimson replace Adam Elliott (stood down) and Corey Waddell (suspended)
• Brandon Wakeham (recently joined the squad), Ofahiki Ogden (returning from an ankle injury), Chris Patolo and Sione Katoa (BENCH).

Good god...... a truly horrifying squad named. I can't recall the last time I've seen such a horrible bench.

1 exprienced prop, 1 rookie prop, 1 hopeless hack (Katoa), and 1 no idea what position is best for him (Wakeham).

If Manly don't top their 66-0 win earlier in this season against us I'll be pleasantly suprised.

For some reason I don't think they'll get to 66-0 like last time, even though the team is worse and they have a fully fit Tommy Turbo. I suspect Manly will do enough to get the game won, and then put the cue in the rack.

I think Lachy is good for stopping at least a couple of tries, if not in the act of scoring, in the act of setting up for a play... he's one of our only guys who doesn't wait for a play to unfold to act. He might cop a bit for missing a few howlers at times but it should not be his job to do all the defensive work as a half.

Seriously this club goes from one disaster to another not only do we have suspensions and injuries we have players suspended for club breaches of a serious nature . Lewis will go but please send Eliott with him.
For sale 2 bulldogs players surplus to idiot requirements. They both come with an extended warranty to fuck up any club that buys them. The club would love to auction them off but the reserve price would have to be so low they could sell for less than a second hand pair of smelly underpants ones it is rumoured were found in the loo in a queensland club/restaurant floating in the bowl after a feeble rushed attempt to dispose of them down the loo.
