- Ava Seumanufagai moving into the starting line-up at prop.
- Luke Thompson, will miss the next two matches with suspension.
- Bailey Biondi-Odo moves off the bench into the starting hooker role.
- Jackson Topine drops to the extended bench.
- Jack Hetherington returns to start in the front row.
- Matt Doorey and Joe Stimson replace Adam Elliott (stood down) and Corey Waddell (suspended)
- Brandon Wakeham (recently joined the squad), Ofahiki Ogden (returning from an ankle injury), Chris Patolo and Sione Katoa (BENCH).
