Round 9 - Bulldogs vs Dragons - 3 2 1

3 - Burns. Hard Yakka, and put Averillo away with nice plays.
2 - Ray. Great to see him running hard and straight. He is playing his best football right now.
1 - Mahoney. Tackling everything as always. I can never go past him just because of the way he leads our defence each week.

Shout outs to the younger guys who are taking advantage of their opportunity. I reckon Edwards has been playing really well.

3 - Averillo - One of the best games he's had in a while.
2 - Burns - Setting up Averillo and playing most of the game with an injury.
1 - Waddell - Thought he had a good solid game today despite the sin binning (and his defence was missed when he was off as they scored then).

Most of the players however should be proud of what they dished up today. All round solid 80 minute performance.

Waddell has seemed very safe for us this year, makes a heap of tackles. I missed that try, but it was cool to see on replay
