Ticking something off my bucket list today... drove a Ram. Mrs brother-in-law is a car salesman for Jeep, they gave him a 1500 for work/home driving. Man it’s got grunt that’s for sure.

I was looking at a few but Covid stopped a lot of the designs/manufacturing of the new utes.
Fold/VW are in together for the next Ranger, but won’t be out until next year 😒
Just a normal Ranger or the Raptor?

don't laugh but I drive a 2.6 litre petrol Nissan X trail TI I bought new almost 3 years ago now. I didn't buy it for speed I bought it because as I have got older it is easier to drop out of on my steep driveway than push a door open on a sedan and try to get up to get out lol if that makes sense. Plus it has heaps of leg room in the back seats for grandchildren and a huge litre capacity of storage with the back seats down. I recently sold a 2.8 long extendable ladder that extends to 5.6 high and I made a great effort to explain to the guy that was picking it up that he would need a ute or roof racks to pick it up so what does he do turn up in a Camry and of course it wont fit lol. so as he lived fairly locally I offered to drive it over to his place in my x trail. He looked at my x trail and laughed and said no way will that fit in there but I knew it would and it did with the rear door closed. Thus its great for going to Bunnings and picking up longer lengths of timber etc in the SUV. in retirement it is my workhorse but it is top range also with all the safety equipment and comfort one expects in high end sedans so its fine for me.
