I've had too much meat this week (hahahaha "too much meat") and I want a lighter option for dinner. Had homemade burgers two nights in a row cause the missus loves the way I make them.

Ideas, please. I was thinking plain roast veggies but that's boring.

Stick of celery, a carrot, and a glass of water.

What about like a vegetable frittata with grated carrot, eggs, sundried tomato, cheese, etc?

That sounds nice, actually. Had a long day and ended up having tea and toast haha

One night I made a vegetarian pasta. FMD. Bland as shit. I made it the same as I always do minus the meat. An ass load of chili and wine still couldn't save it.

Speaking of pasta, how amazing is egg pasta compared to regular pasta?

It's like sex except I have it more than once a year and it lasts for about 5 minutes.

It does get messy though. And I do wear the Dolmio grin....
