Meanwhile I just get this beast (C-17A Globemaster) buzzing us probably every month or so not far off the ground (if we had any 10-15 storey buildings in the area it'd hit them it flies that low).

Also get the Army Blackhawks and MRH-90 Taipan's every so often, as well as Hercules C-130J and C-27J Spartan out every so often.

Hercules has been doing night runs in past few months actually.

Globemasters are meant to all be stationed at Amberley, yet its down here all the time it seems. Maybe they are keeping one in NSW now?

People around our area who don't realise we are in a military flight zone must absolutely shit their pants when they see these things fly over.

Me too re the Hercules as I'd always thought it was the biggest of the planes... NOPE!

Blackhawks when they do night time counter terrorism training are awesome as they are completely blacked out except for the lead heli and normally fly in formation of 4 or 6, and really low.

Really intense noise those things make too... completely badass.

I do not. This might be hard to believe but I don't have any flight sim on my PC. I have my PC set up in my theatre room and my daughter plays in there sometimes so I can't really set anything up. My cousin has a monster rig and virtually every piece of flight sim gear available so I go to his to play around with it.

On a separate matter been working in Annandale for 6 days ,we brought up another worker from the coast. A plane approaches me " that's air cal a few minutes later Fiji airways will follow it.
The cunt thought I was joking the next 10 planes I called about 9 right I think I spent to much time looking rather than working

I was using flight radar but then testing myself and at 415 the a330 Qantas from Perth comes over lol .
It's pretty simple now there's fuck all planes
